During the epidemic last year, I collected a lot of photos of flowers on my wechat moments. These flowers were in bloom as usual and dotted in various family scenes as usual. In this special period, people were loving life as usual. I collaged the pages of Love in the Time of Cholera on canvas with a bright background and hand-painted the negative image effect of the flower images in the form of oil paint, then tore off some of the edges of the pages to reveal a bright and mottled background. Then the negative image painting was reshot with the camera, and the positive effect was printed on the aluminum plate, and finally displayed as a set.
